Vintage Condition Disclaimer  
All of the clothing we offer is vintage, meaning items are pre-loved and have lived a life before reaching you. Because of this, minor signs of wear such as light fading, small snags, fabric pilling, slight discoloration, or general wear should be expected. These characteristics are part of the charm and authenticity of vintage garments.

Detailed Descriptions & Photos  
We strive to be as transparent as possible in every listing. Any major flaws or noticeable imperfections (such as large stains, tears, or significant damage) will be clearly stated in the item description and shown in photos whenever possible. We encourage customers to carefully review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final  
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, fit, personal preference, or normal vintage wear that is visible in photos or mentioned in the description.

Exceptions  
If a major flaw was accidentally missed in the description or an item was significantly misrepresented due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To begin a review of the issue, please email us at info@angelicsplash.com with your order number and photos of the item.

In these rare cases, we will review the situation and work to resolve it, which may include offering a refund.

Additional Notes  
By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge that vintage items may show natural signs of age and wear. Refund requests will not be accepted for minor vintage imperfections, differences in color due to lighting, or issues that were visible in the listing photos or description.
